2. Personal Consultation
We will follow up within 24 hrs guaranteed and will provide you with our availability for your event, plus any additional musical information. We will be sure Kleinmann Strings can fit your needs and we will answer all your questions.
3. Draft Contract
When you are ready to place a reservation, email or call and we will draft a contract for you in minutes. We will send it by email for you to review and revise.
4. Send Deposit
After reviewing the contract, print, sign and send back the contract along with a 50% non-refundable deposit by check. We will send you an automatic email upon receipt.

6. Monday Check-in
The Monday before your event we will check in to verify any last minute details and cues. We will also arrange a contact for payment at the event.
7. Performance & Follow up
We will arrive fifteen to twenty minutes early, dressed in black, ready to play a superb performance. Afterwards we will follow up to see how well we took care of you.
